At the tender age of four, Bill Divens caught his first native brook trout on a remote stream in the hills of Pennsylvania and has been passionately pursuing salmon, steelhead and trout in Alaska, Oregon, Canada and California since. A Silicon Valley high tech executive in his former life, Divens left the Valley in 2004 to pursue his true passion and is now a licensed Oregon guide, holds a USCG Captain’s license and is a IGFA Certified captain.
just upstream from Gold Beach, OR. They focus most of their salmon and steelhead guiding efforts on the Lower Rogue River with occasional trips to the Coquille and Coos Bays. They prefer fishing the Rogue River in the Wild & Scenic section of the Rogue Siskiyou National Forest where clients enjoy breathtaking scenery while catching ocean fresh steelhead and salmon.
